Salt and pepper sand. Poor swimming due to strong currents. Often
crowded due to the boat launch in the area. Follow the trail to the right of
the boat launch for about 150 yards to a natural, warm pool. If visiting the
pool, bring mosquito repellent as it is surrounded by tropical jungle.

Beautiful, 13 acre park with grove of ironwood trees. Extremely
dangerous
swimming. If walking the beach, pay close attention to the
ocean as waves
are unpredictable. Great picnic spot with excellent fishing.
If camping,
keep watch of your valuables.
